Whether you want to learn the basics of the Made2Manage system or you have a specific question in mind, the following summary will help you determine the best path to follow to find the information you need.
Made2Manage Help
Within Made2Manage software, you have valuable help screens that go beyond providing a glossary of manufacturing and Made2Manage terms. These help screens provide two kinds of help known as Screen Level and Field Level.
- Screen Level help displays detailed "how to" instructions regarding the Made2Manage window that is displayed on your screen. Access this information within Made2Manage by clicking on Help in the upper right corner or by pressing the F1 button your keyboard.
- Field Level help displays detailed information about a specific field selected with your cursor. To access this information, place your cursor in a field of Made2Manage and press Control and F1.
System Administrator Features
System administrators have access to special online features that are automatically displayed whenever they log on to Expert.
Bulletin Boards
Use the bulletin boards on Expert to communicate directly with other Made2Manage users. You never know what you might learn! Select a category, and then introduce yourself, describe your company and how you use Made2Manage, and see who responds. There’s a growing community of Made2Manage users with whom you have common interests and challenges.
Online Support Center
You can find valuable information about your Made2Manage system within the Resource Center, which is available on Expert 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Some of its features include:
- Ask Expert - Search our knowledgebase that contains solutions for more than 10,000 customer questions.
- Technical Bulletins - Technical bulletins keep you informed about issues of significant importance to you and your business.
- Exchange Area - A place where you can exchange files with other users.
- Downloads - Get access to useful downloads, tools, and reports.
- Case Management - Submit support cases online.
- Change Requests - Submit ideas and suggestions for how we can enhance our products to deliver more value to your business.
M2M University
With a valid maintenance contract, you have unlimited access M2M University. M2M University courses teach you how to use Consona software applications and are available in multiple delivery methods such as virtual, traditional classroom, recorded, and more.
